Park West

Park West One at 455 Beach Crescent is a 25-storey concrete tower by Concord Pacific, completed in 2005 in Yaletown's Beach District. The building has 176 units across a range of one and two-bedroom floor plans, with one-bedrooms running from 722 to 772 square feet and two-bedrooms from 753 to 2,183 square feet — the larger end of that range includes some of the most spacious suites in the neighbourhood.

Most units feature floor-to-ceiling windows and unobstructed water views over False Creek and beyond. Air conditioning is permitted with strata approval, which is worth noting in a downtown building of this era.
