Icon is a twin-tower Concord Pacific development in Yaletown's Beach District, comprising Icon I at 638 Beach Crescent and Icon II at 633 Kinghorne Mews. Icon I completed in 2006 as a 25-storey, 176-unit concrete tower — one of the earlier buildings to establish the Beach District as a distinct address within Yaletown.

The building is Silver LEED-certified, reflecting Concord Pacific's focus on sustainable construction at the time. Suites are well-proportioned with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking George Wainborn Park and the water. Air conditioning is included.
