1000 Beach

1000 Beach at 1000 Beach Avenue is a 26-storey, 113-unit concrete tower by Kerkhoff Construction, completed in 1992 at the corner of Beach Avenue and Burrard Street. It is part of a larger complex sharing strata plan VAS2613, with additional addresses at 990, 998, 1006, 1008, 1010, and 1012 Beach Avenue — a collection of low-rise and mid-rise components along the False Creek seawall between Burrard and Hornby Streets.
