Vita at 565 Smithe Street is a 29-storey, 146-unit concrete tower by Solterra Group of Companies, completed in 2009 and designed by Merrick Architecture. It forms Phase 1 of Symphony Place, a two-tower development at the corner of Smithe and Seymour — the companion tower, Dolce, rises at the same intersection. The building is managed by Rancho Property Management.

Suite sizes range from compact one-bedrooms to two-bedroom-plus-den homes, with penthouses reaching approximately 1,800 square feet. Layouts are open-concept with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood flooring in living areas, gas cooktops, and high-end stainless appliances throughout.
