Waterford at 1483 Homer Street is a 28-storey, 129-unit concrete tower by Concord Pacific, completed in 2003 and designed by Hewitt + Kwasnicky Architects. It sits directly across from David Lam Park in Yaletown's Beach District — one of the quieter and more private pockets of the neighbourhood.

Suites are generously sized, with two-bedrooms running from 1,100 to 1,300 square feet and three-bedrooms from 1,300 to 2,700 square feet.
